Albert Vassar, 79, died July 13 at a local hospital.
A Henderson resident since 1960, he was born March 17, 1930 in Oklahoma. He was a retired titanium worker.
He is survived by his daughters Sarah Buisk and Dolly E. Hayden of Henderson; sons Albert Lee Vassar of Henderson and Danny Joe Vassar of Overton; sister Mary of Loveland, Colo., and Brother Mitch of Bishop, Calif.; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
An open house will be held 2 to 6 p.m. July 26 at the home of his son, Albert Lee Vassar.
Palm Mortuary handled the arrangements.
