The Boulder City Public Works Department has closed Wyoming Street for construction maintenance.
A public notice sent out Tuesday afternoon said construction crews encountered unforeseen difficulties and closed the street from California Avenue to Utah Street. Wyoming Street will be reopened this weekend to traffic, officials said.
Until the street can be paved on April 22, Wyoming will be a gravel and dirt road, so motorists are encouraged to drive with caution.
