A principal with Applied Analysis, Brian Gordon joined the firm in 2000 where he heads up the consultancy’s real estate practice. He has performed several highest and best-use analyses, market feasibility studies and market analyses for a number of developers and commercial real estate firms, establishing a reputation as an expert on Southern Nevada’s real estate sectors. He also serves as editor of the Quarterly Market Reports covering the office, industrial, retail, apartment and vacant land real estate markets. Gordon is also a member of many professional organizations, including NAIOP, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants , the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, Las Vegas Executive Association (LVEA) and the Volunteer Center of Southern Nevada Advisory Board.
