Debra A. Sinclair is director, management services for Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas and has been with the firm since October 2007. Sinclair has over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, which includes expertise in property management, asset management, strategic planning, organizational development, accounting, finance and leasing. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas, Sinclair was a senior facilities manager for Terrus Real Estate Group, a progressive full-service real estate development company with a portfolio of four million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties based in Des Moines, Iowa. She worked directly with each division at Terrus to provide total facility management services for a multitude of clients. Prior to Terrus, Sinclair was president and founder of Sinclair Real Estate Group, a company that specialized in association management. Sinclair is a Certified Property Manager and a member of NAIOP and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
