Kevin Wallace is president and chief executive officer of RMI Management, the largest community association management company in Southern Nevada representing over 75,000 households and over 230 community associations. His expertise in systems and organizational structure led to his advancement to chief operating officer in 1996 and president and chief executive in 1998. Under Wallace’s leadership, RMI has increased its revenues, created jobs and expanded the number of community associations with which it partners. Wallace is the vice president of the Community Association Manager Executive Organization and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University.
