Mario Malatesta is executive vice president of residential management, leasing and sales for Terra West’s portfolio of 1,000 residential properties. Malatesta directly supervises the physical, administrative and financial management, leasing and sales of the single family homes, town homes, and condominiums that comprise the portfolio. He works closely with the managers, agents, and support staff of the division, offering his personal guidance and timely response to their issues and concerns. Malatesta is a licensed State of Nevada real estate broker salesperson, holds a property management permit, and is a Nevada Certified Community Manager. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where he earned the Accredited Residential Manager designation, and is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He belongs to the National Association of Realtors, the Nevada Association of Realtor, and Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtor and served on its Property Management Committee.
