Michael H. Lyons is vice president, industrial group for Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas and joined the firm in 2010. Lyons’ professional background includes over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas, Lyons was a senior vice president for another national firm excelling in property acquisition and disposition, land sales for development and landlord-tenant representation. Lyons began his real estate career in 1979 with Ribeiro Corporation as vice president of sales and leasing. Throughout his career, Lyons has leased more than 5 million square feet of industrial and office properties and sold in excess of $350 million of investment properties, land sales and owner-user properties. His client representation includes Sherman Williams, McDonalds, Carpenters Union, General Electric, Lennox, Wells Fargo Bank, McDonald Douglas, Thomas and Mack, Sierra Health Services and Howard Hughes Corporation. Lyons is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
