As executive vice president and general manager of Miracle Mile Shops, Russ Joyner is known in the industry as one of the leading managers of retail, dining and entertainment centers throughout the country. He is in charge of leading the center’s performance criteria and business initiatives. Joyner continues to help position Miracle Mile Shops as Las Vegas’ premier retail destination. In 2009, 22 million people visited the complex and year-to-date foot traffic is up seven percent, averaging 61,000 people per day. Many of the center’s 170 tenants rank in the top one percent of their company, over 60 tenants opened their first Las Vegas location at Miracle Mile Shops and a number of the specialty shops can’t be found anywhere else in the city.
