Planned bank
Chase Bank is one step closer to opening a new branch after receiving approval from the Winchester Town Advisory Board on Wednesday.
The proposed bank will be located on a portion of a 1.5-acre shopping center on the corner of East Sahara Avenue and South Maryland Parkway.
Architects also applied for a waiver to change the existing grass landscaping to xeriscaping and to increase the number of parking spaces around the bank.
The application next will go in front of the Clark County Planning Commission for approval on Nov. 2.
