Things I Love:

Max Brenner’s sweetest Vegas bites

Oded

Leila Navidi

Chocolatier Oded “Max” Brenner

The name and face behind the new chocolate emporium at The Forum Shops at Caesars, Oded "Max" Brenner truly is a modern-day Willy Wonka. Part factory, part restaurant, Max Brenner: Chocolate by the Bald Man is a 9,400-square-foot shrine to cocoa confection culture. I recently caught up with Brenner at his "Chocolate: A Love Story" book signing to talk about what makes him sweet on Sin City.

The Spa at Encore: I've traveled all over the world and I've never seen anything as spectacular as this place. It is really overwhelming, how beautiful it is. And everything from the décor to the service and treatments is just so perfect.

Cirque du Soleil: All of Cirque's shows are so aesthetically beautiful. I love how harmonious they are with all of the design, lights and music.

CityCenter: The outside of CityCenter really is like looking at the future of Las Vegas. I don't like theme hotels, so I like that CityCenter isn't about a theme; it's the future.

Tao: I love this place ... it's the modern lifestyle: incredibly decadent, crazy sexy and sensual.

Restaurants: Las Vegas has all of the best chefs in the world here. And even though I'm a vegetarian, which can be kind of boring, I am able to enjoy really great food here at places like Carnevino at The Palazzo and I really like Bouchon, too.

Chocolate fountain at Jean Philippe Patisserie at Bellagio: This is my favorite thing that I've seen in Las Vegas. They tell me it cost $1 million to make. It's really incredible.

Max Brenner: Chocolate by the Bald Man: Like everything in Vegas, it's big. This is my biggest restaurant, with 300 seats, a VIP room, chocolate factory wall and walk-up kiosk ... it's a chocolate emporium.

The Forum Shops: It has all of the brands. I recently discovered John Varvatos and I really like their clothes. I'm actually going there to buy an outfit for a wedding that I'm going to in Israel.
