Work on a sewer project will close Jones Boulevard at Lone Mountain Road in the northwest valley Sunday night.
Jones will be closed from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday while crews install a sanitary sewer bypass, city officials said.
Traffic on southbound Jones will be detoured at Lone Mountain, and northbound traffic will be detoured at Craig Road. Traffic on Lone Mountain will not be affected.
The work is part of a $3.1 million sewer project that will reline 13,309 linear feet of pipe. The work is scheduled to conclude in December.
The contractor for the project is SAK Construction. HDR Engineering is the construction manager.
