CARSON CITY – Joseph Waltuch, commissioner of the state Division of Mortgage Lending and an appointee of former Gov. Jim Gibbons, is being replaced.
Waltuch has held the job for three years and his deputy, Nancy Corbin, has been named acting commissioner.
Terry Johnson, director of the state Department of Business and Industry, announced the switch Thursday. Waltuch, who will leave Feb. 18, said he has no plans when he leaves the job.
