Congratulations are in order. The James Beard Foundation released its list of semifinalists for their 2011 restaurant and chef awards, and Vegas restaurants and chefs made a fine showing. From Cosmopolitan newbies to Bellagio staples, we’re well represented with on- and off-Strip restaurants getting nods this go-round. The names will be pared down to nominees, announced March 21, with the awards given out May 9 at Lincoln Center in New York City.
