Approximate location of suspicious death
Metro Police homicide detectives were investigating a suspicious death in the northeast valley Friday night after a family member reported that a 41-year-old man suffered a drug overdose.
Police and detectives responded to the 200 block of Peaceful Street, near Stewart Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard, shortly before 3 p.m. Detectives found signs at the scene that were not consistent with a drug overdose, police said.
Police are now treating the incident as a suspicious death. Further details were not immediately available.
