SOLIDARITY: A hard hat worn by a member of the Ironworkers union was on display Feb. 21 at the Sawyer State Office Building in downtown Las Vegas. Union members came out in support of government workers in Wisconsin where Gov. Scott Walker wants to strip public workers of collective bargaining rights. Hundreds of workers rallied in Las Vegas and Carson City, sending a message that similar tactics won’t fly in Nevada.
