Library lecture to focus on organized crime

Get initiated into the world of wise guys at Clark County Library on Tuesday as several former mobsters and authors discuss organized crime as part of the library's ongoing lecture series.

The program starts at 7 p.m. in the main theater. Admission is free.

Guests are: Dennis Arnoldy, a retired FBI special agent who led the team that arrested the Hole in the Wall Gang; Andrew DiDonato, author of "Surviving the Mob" who worked for the Gambino and Genovese crime families; Dennis Griffin, whose books include "The Battle for Las Vegas: The Law vs. the Mob" and "Vegas Vixen"; Salvatore “Fat Sal” Mangiavillano, who turned government witness against Peter Gotti and Huck Carbonaro; and Robert Allen of the Vegas Mob Tour.

Books and DVDs by DiDonato and Griffin will be available for purchase and signing after the presentation. For more information, call 702-507-3458.
