Those interested in condominium living aren’t without options throughout the Las Vegas Valley, from the Strip to downtown to Summerlin and beyond. Here’s a look at several condominium properties around the city.

Mira Villa
Mira Villa, 9151 Canyon Run Drive, offers easy access to shopping, dining and golf in Summerlin. The property offers two and three-bedroom condo units starting in the low $400,000s, with penthouses starting at $1 million.

Bella Vista
The Bella Vista condominiums, located in Green Valley in Henderson, offers six different floor plans. Prices start around $60,000 for one-bedroom units and range up over $100,000.

The Meridian
Just one block east of the Strip at 250 E. Flamingo Road, The Meridian promotes itself as offering a great location without much of the cost that comes with living in a high-rise along Las Vegas Boulevard.
Units for sale at the property start under $100,000 and range up to $250,000.

The Modern
The newest mid-rise condominium project in the valley, The Modern, 8925 W. Flamingo Road, will have its grand opening later this month. With 83-units starting in the low $200,000s, The Modern offers four different floor plans, including two-story loft units.

The Martin
Originally the third tower of the Panorama Towers project, The Martin was bought out of foreclosure in 2009 and rebranded.
The 45-story building, situated west of Interstate 15 across from CityCenter at 4471 Dean Martin Drive, has 374 units, with prices ranging from the mid-$200,000s to more than $1.5 million.

Loft 5
For those looking for to get the condominium lifestyle without the commitment of purchasing a unit, Loft 5, 2715 W. Pebble Road, offers units for rent starting at $1,350 for a one-bedroom unit up to $2,445 for a three-bedroom plan.

Newport Lofts
One of several high-rise towers downtown, Newport Lofts, 200 Hoover Ave., near the recently opened Smith Center for the Performing Arts, offers units starting in the low $200,000s.
