Nobody home when kitchen fire breaks out

A kitchen fire Tuesday caused about $75,000 damage to a home in a central Las Vegas neighborhood.

The blaze, which started on a stove while no one was home, was reported at 10:20 a.m. in the 3900 block of Conlin Avenue, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue spokesman Tim Szymanski said.

No one was injured, but two adults and two children were displaced, Szymanski said.
