Water line break
A 12-inch water line broke this morning, causing water to gush down Decatur Boulevard and closing all southbound lanes in the area.
The rupture occurred about 5:30 a.m. at Decatur Boulevard near Washington Avenue, Southern Nevada Water Authority spokesman Bronson Mack said.
Southbound Decatur will remain closed from Washington Avenue to Bonanza Road until late this morning or early this afternoon, Mack said.
Officials did not have information about what caused the break. Water crews are working to repair the line.
