A rollover crash in the west valley sent one person to the hospital this morning, Metro Police said.
Dispatchers received a call at 10:34 a.m. about a rollover crash on Charleston Boulevard, just west of Arville Street, police said. A vehicle was traveling west on Charleston when the accident occurred.
At least two vehicles were involved in the accident, Metro Officer Laura Meltzer said. A light pole on the northeast corner of the intersection was struck and fell into the street, closing the eastbound lanes, officials said.
One person was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Meltzer said.
