A single-vehicle rollover crash this morning in the east valley may have been the result of ice on the road, Metro Police said.
Police received a report about 6:30 a.m. of the accident near East Lake Mead Boulevard and Sandy Lane, near North Pecos Road, Lt. Patrick Charoen said.
The male driver was taken to University Medical Center as a precaution, he said. Lake Mead was closed in the area, he said.
