Metro Police detectives are investigating a double-stabbing early Friday on the Strip.
At 1:33 a.m. officers responded to a call to the parking garage at Treasure Island, where they found a male and a female suffering from stab wounds, Office Laura Meltzer said.
The two were taken to University Medical Center with serious but nonlife-threatening injuries, Meltzer said.
Initial witness reports indicate the male and female were arguing with a third person in the garage prior to the stabbing, according to Meltzer.
Metro’s violent crimes unit is handling the investigation, and no suspect description was immediately available.
