School bus accident
Two adults suffered minor injuries and four students were taken to a hospital as a precaution this morning after a school bus collided with a truck in the northwest valley.
The accident happened about 7:30 a.m. at Farm Road and Nido Street, near Cimarron Road, Metro Police said.
A Clark County School District bus carrying 52 students collided with a truck in the intersection, police said.
The bus and truck drivers were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, police said.
Four students were taken to the hospital — two by ambulance and two by parents — as a precaution following a routine post-crash examination, Las Vegas Fire & Rescue spokesman Tim Szymanski said.
Metro traffic investigators were on the scene.
