RENO — A 3.5 magnitude earthquake was reported near the Incline Village neighborhood on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.

The Nevada Seismological Laboratory at the University of Nevada at Reno recorded the earthquake about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

It hit about five miles west-northwest of Mount Rose and about eight miles north-northwest of Incline Village.
