A fire destroyed a vacant house this morning in a neighborhood near McCarran International Airport.
Clark County firefighters were called at 1:38 a.m. to the residence, at 5227 Jana Court, near Russell Road and Spencer Street a few blocks northeast of McCarran's Terminal 3.
Firefighters estimated damage to the two-story house at $100,000. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
