Metro Police say they took a man into custody today after responding to a domestic disturbance call where possible gunshots were heard.
Police responded about 5:50 a.m. today to an apartment complex in the 2800 block of East Bonanza Road, where officers tried to make contact with a person who refused to come outside, police said.
SWAT team members and negotiators were called to the scene, and at about 8:30 a.m., the man surrendered and was taken into custody, police said.
The incident remains under investigation, police said.
