Man wanted on indecent exposure warrant arrested in Las Vegas

A 60-year-old man wanted on an indecent exposure warrant in Colorado was arrested Thursday in Las Vegas, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Metro Police arrested Robert James Thomas near West Charleston Boulevard and Arville Street, the Marshals Service said in a news release.

He was being held without bail at the Clark County Detention Center, awaiting extradition to Colorado, according to the U.S. Marshals Service and jail records.

A warrant was issued Dec. 1 for Thomas, who was wanted by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, the office said.

Marshals thought Thomas was in Las Vegas, and the agency worked with the Sheriff’s Office and Metro to gather information that led to the arrest, according to the release.
