A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday after he crashed into a car and was then run over by another vehicle, according to Metro Police.
The motorcyclist was north on Jones Boulevard about 6:45 p.m. when a car turned into the bike’s path from West Sheila Avenue, police said.
The motorcycle hit the car, throwing the rider into the south lanes of Jones, where he was hit by another car, police said. The Las Vegas man, whose name was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The drivers of the other vehicles, an 18-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman, both from Las Vegas, suffered minor injuries, police said.
