A 65-year-old woman was killed in a crash at the Spaghetti Bowl this afternoon, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
At about 1 p.m., a tractor-trailer crashed into a Ford Explorer on Interstate 15 South at U.S. 95, Trooper Chelsea Stuenkel said.
The red tractor-trailer left the scene, she said. The Highway Patrol has been trying to locate the truck.
The driver of the Ford Explorer was pronounced dead at the scene, and an adult male passenger was transported to University Medical Center. Information about his condition was not available.
The left travel lane of the interstate was blocked in the area.
