The North Las Vegas Fire Department received a report about 7:20 p.m. of a fire in the 2100 block of Travis Street, located near Losee Road and West Lake Mead Boulevard, according to a news release.

Fire crews on scene found heavy flames and smoke coming from an area near the front of the single-story, single-family house, officials said.

No injuries were reported, and no other structures sustained damage due to the fire.
