A gunman accused of wearing a disguise to rob an armored vehicle guard outside a Las Vegas casino has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison and ordered to repay $36,320.
U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden says 31-year-old Arquarius Robertson also was sentenced Tuesday to five years' supervised release after prison for his role in the December 2009 heist outside the Palace Station hotel-casino.
Robertson pleaded guilty in March to a weapon charge and to conspiracy interfere with commerce by robbery.
Two co-defendants, William Morrow and Cortaz Robertson, also pleaded guilty and are scheduled for sentencing in July.
Prosecutors say Robertson wore a wig, makeup, a fake belly, gloves and sunglasses and fired a warning shot as he got into a getaway vehicle after the robbery.
