The body of an 18-year-old man who apparently drowned was discovered Thursday near Morning Star Cove at Lake Mohave, according to the National Park Service.
The teen was identified as Jameson Kawika Pasigan of Las Vegas.
A witness reported about 3:50 p.m. Thursday that Pasigan disappeared under the water while swimming across the cove with a friend, officials said.
The National Park Service and a Metro Police dive team were called to search for the teen, officials said. They found his body near Morning Star Cove.
Pasigan was not wearing a life jacket, officials said.
The incident remains under investigation.
