A retrial has been rescheduled for a 25-year-old man accused of firing a gun while trying to steal costumes from the "Thunder From Down Under" male revue on the Las Vegas Strip.

Records show Joey Kadmiri's June 22 trial on felony burglary, robbery, battery and weapon charges was reset to Nov. 9 in Clark County District Court.

Kadmiri has pleaded not guilty. He could face decades in prison.

Kadmiri was found mentally fit in February to face trial in the March 2014 incident.

His first trial ended in a mistrial last July after a juror reported seeing media reports of the proceedings.

Prosecutors say a member of the Australian-themed men's revue was slightly injured when Kadmiri fired a .44 Magnum handgun as he was being subdued at the Excalibur hotel-casino.
