Henderson Police think a distinctive jacket worn by a suspect in the January robbery of a casino sports book may be a key in cracking the case.
Police today said they have identified a new photo of the suspect and think someone will recognize the unusual design on his jacket.
No one was injured in the robbery, which happened about 9:45 p.m. Jan. 28 at the M Resort, 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, police said.
Two men pulled out handguns and ordered employees on the floor, police said.
They jumped behind the counter and took cash from the drawers before fleeing in a black four-door sedan, which drove toward Volunteer Boulevard, police said.
Police did not disclose how much money was taken in the robbery.
The suspects are believed to be in their early to mid 20s, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 185 pounds, police said.
During the stickup, one man wore tan pants, a gray coat and a dark baseball cap; the other wore dark pants, a dark coat and a dark baseball cap, police said.
