Firefighters found a person dead after putting out a blaze Thursday in a motor home behind a residence east of the Strip, Clark County Fire Department officials said.
The fire was reported about 8:10 p.m. in the 400 block of North Circle, in the area of Paradise Road and Twain Avenue.
Firefighters were told one person had suffered burns and another was still in the motor home, which was heavily involved in fire, officials said. The victim found in the fire has not yet been identified, officials said.
No other victims were found at the scene, but another unit responded to a burn call about a half mile away that might have been related to the same fire, officials said.
The fire department and Metro Police are investigating the blaze.
