Metro Police took one person into custody this morning after they barricaded themselves in a southeast valley apartment.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 9100 block of West Flamingo Road about 7:16 a.m. and discovered the barricaded male subject, Metro Police said.
They subsequently shut down Flamingo Road between El Capitan Way and Old Flamingo Way.
The barricaded person was taken into custody at 10:44 a.m., according to Metro. A SWAT team and negotiators were on the scene.
