Shooting
Two men were shot in the east valley late this morning, and officers are searching for a suspect, according to Metro Police.
Police responded about 11:30 a.m. to a report of a shooting in the 4900 block of East Sahara Avenue, near South Nellis Boulevard, Officer Michael Rodriguez said.
Two men were taken to University Medical Center; their conditions were not immediately available, he said.
No arrests have been made and the motive behind the shooting is unknown, Rodriguez said. Police are investigating.
