A man found dead in the doorway of a home near downtown Las Vegas on Wednesday has been identified as 61-year-old Cresencio Flores-Salas, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
The Las Vegas man died of multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide, the Coroner’s Office said.
Officers were called to the 1000 block of Jessica Avenue after reports of multiple gunshots in the area, Metro Police said. Flores-Salas, who was lying in the doorway the home, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police identified the suspect as Omar Valencia-Garcia, 32, of Las Vegas. He has not yet been located, police said.
