Pedestrians hit by vehicle
Two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle Thursday night near West Lake Mead Boulevard and North Rancho Drive, according to Metro Police.
Police were notified just before 10:20 p.m. of an accident with injuries, Lt. Kendall Bell said.
Two people of unknown gender and age were taken to University Medical Center, Bell said. Their conditions were not immediately available.
Southbound Lake Mead was closed at Rancho as police investigated.
