Vegas Play of the Day: Alcorn State at Indiana

Alcorn State plus-35 at Indiana: $550 to win $500

The Braves are probably one of the 10 worst teams in college basketball and this is the sixth of their seven straight games away from home to open the season. If the Hoosiers want to win by 40, they’ll win by 40. But they won’t.

Very similar to UNLV, Indiana has this patsy game ahead of a big one. In Indiana’s case, that’s a Wednesday trip to top-10 Duke, and similar to the Rebels, I think the Hoosiers are going to sleepwalk through parts of this game.

Throw in that Alcorn State hasn’t yet lost by 35 in any game, and I’ll take the points.
