A man was critically injured after suffering at least one gunshot wound in a shooting in North Las Vegas on Wednesday night, according to police.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired near Clayton Street and Carey Avenue about 6 p.m., according to North Las Vegas Police Officer Aaron Patty.
The victim was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition.
Police say there is no suspect in custody at this time, and a search for the shooter is continuing.
