2 men sought in armed robbery of southwest valley store

These two men are being sought in the Thursday, Sept. 24, 2015, armed robbery of a story in the southwest Las Vegas Valley.

Metro Police are searching for two men they say committed an armed robbery at a store in the southwest valley Thursday morning.

Two suspects wearing masks pointed guns at customers and employees of the store, located near Fort Apache Road and Tropicana Avenue, about 10 a.m., police said.

They demanded cash and other goods before fleeing the scene, police said.

Surveillance video captured images of the suspects before the robbery, according to Metro.

Officials described one of the suspects as a thin black man 18 to 20 years old, standing about 5-feet-5-inches tall.

The other suspect is an 18- to 20-year-old thin Hispanic man about 5-feet-7-inches tall, according to police.
