Firefighters responded to a report of smoke at Spring Valley Hospital this morning, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
About 6:45 a.m., light smoke was reported coming from a conference room at the hospital at 5400 South Rainbow Blvd. The smoke was coming from a fan motor, but no fire was located, officials said. There were no evacuations, officials said.
