A 34-year-old man was shot and killed late Friday near Lake Mead Boulevard and Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas police said.
The man, who was shot once, was found about 11:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of Carroll Street, police said. He died at University Medical Center.
Police have not identified a shooter but said they don't think it was a random act of violence.
The man will be identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
