A fight involving multiple people sent one person to the hospital Sunday afternoon, according to Metro Police.
Police received several reports about 1:10 p.m. of a fight in the 400 block of South 13th Street, near East Charleston Boulevard, Officer Jesse Roybal said.
Those involved in the fight were armed with various objects, and one 911 caller reported someone may have had a hammer, he said.
One person was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, and multiple people were taken into custody, Roybal said.
