A Las Vegas man died Monday after a possible medical episode while driving on a dirt road in the northwest valley, according to Metro Police.
Sigifredo Fragoso, 79, was driving west on Moccasin Road about 6:30 p.m. when the car went out of control after encountering rough terrain, police said. Both front wheels were damaged, and a passerby found the disabled car near Homestead Road, police said.
Medics declared Fragoso dead at the scene and said that it was possible he suffered a medical episode, police said.
The crash is under investigation.
