A man was hospitalized with nonlife-threatening injuries this morning after a shooting in the northeast valley, according to Metro Police.
It happened about 8:30 a.m. in the 3600 block of Judson Avenue, near Pecos Road and Lake Mead Avenue, Officer Larry Hadfield said.
An unidentified man shot the victim, who was taken to University Medical Center, before fleeing the scene, Hadfield said.
No arrests have been made, and the incident is under investigation, Hadfield said.
