Metro Police are looking for three suspects in a pair of home-invasion robberies last month in the east valley.
The first robbery was reported in the area of East Desert Inn and Theme roads, near South Hollywood Boulevard. Another home invasion was reported in the area of East Valley and Cabana drives, near South Nellis Boulevard.
At least three people forced their way into the homes, and in one case, the suspects knocked on the door before making their way inside, police said.
At least one of the suspects was armed with a handgun, which he used to pistol whip victims, causing one to suffer a brain bleed, police said. The suspects ransacked the homes and fled in the victims’ vehicles, police said.
One of the victim’s vehicles, a red 2007 Honda Fit sedan with Nevada handicapped license plate PH83138 was still missing, police said. Anyone with information about the location of the car should not approach it and contact police.
