Man who robbed southwest valley bank is sought

This man robbed a bank Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, in Las Vegas.

Police are seeking the public’s help to find a man who robbed a bank last weekend near Durango Drive and Russell Road.

The incident happened about 2 p.m. Saturday at America First Credit Union at 6090 S. Durango Drive, according to Metro Police.

The suspect entered the bank then pointed a firearm at the employees and demanded cash, police said. He obtained an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot.

The man is described as being 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 2 inches with a medium build. He was wearing blue hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
