Metro Police are investigating a shooting at 14th and Fremont streets in downtown Las Vegas.
Officers were dispatched about 11:20 a.m. to an alley behind a convenience store, where they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, Officer Laura Meltzer said.
He was taken to University Medical Center, but information on his condition was not immediately available.
A shooter has not been identified. There were unconfirmed reports of a dark-colored SUV leaving the area after the shooting, Meltzer said.
